Creating an account is free. Premium features (advanced matching, boosts, enhanced messaging) require a paid subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account > Billing and select Cancel Subscription. You’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund if I don’t find a match?
We cannot guarantee personal outcomes, so refunds are not provided on that basis. See the Refund Policy for limited exceptions.
Is my personal information safe?
We use industry-standard security, encrypt traffic with HTTPS, and work with vetted processors. You can request data deletion anytime.
How do I report suspicious or abusive behavior?
Use the Report option on a user’s profile or message thread, or email support@plussizesoulfinder.com with screenshots and details.
What content is not allowed?
Harassment, hate speech, scams, explicit illegal content, requests for money, and any content infringing others’ rights are prohibited.
How do I delete my account or data?
Visit Account > Privacy to delete your account or request data deletion by contacting support. Deletion occurs within a reasonable period subject to legal retention obligations.
