Refund Policy

We aim to deliver a premium experience. Because results vary by individual, membership fees are generally non-refundable. The following applies:

  • Non-Refundable: Subscription and one-time fees are non-refundable once processed.
  • Exceptions (case-by-case): duplicate charges; proven fraudulent use of your payment method; confirmed technical failures that prevent access for 72+ consecutive hours after support engagement.
  • How to Request: email support@plussizesoulfinder.com within 7 business days of the charge, including the email on the account, order ID/receipt, and a description of the issue.
  • Auto-Renewals: cancel before your renewal date in account settings to avoid further charges. Partial-period refunds are not provided.

This Policy does not affect statutory rights that may apply to you under local law.
